Our Giresun photography trip is a trip with a small group. During our trip, we will visit the Giresun highlands and photograph the flowers called ziffin, which are unique to the region, together with the highland and transhumance. Giresun highlands are ideal for photographing people. Many people living in cities and villages come to the plateau during the summer months.
Plateaus are very green and very enjoyable places. We will walk on magnificent plains, through pine forests, and see very special and still natural lakes and waterfalls. You won’t be able to get enough of Giresun Highlands. In addition, the meals at the place where we will stay are delicious home-cooked meals.
June 8 – Our vehicle will meet us from Giresun airport and take us to the highlands. Our way will take about two hours from the area to the lick. On the first day, we will visit some nearby places such as Çağman and Alçakbel. We will be with the animals and the people living in the area all day long in a green plateau. We will go into the forest and take pictures. Since the local people are very warm-blooded, they will model for us. Our dinner and accommodation will be in the wooden chalet.
9 June – Early in the morning today we will go to a heavenly place that we saw in the movies. It is truly fascinating with its Blue Lake color and round appearance. Then we will photograph a waterfall. You can bring a tripod for this. Then we will go to Kümbet Plateau, one of the most crowded plateaus in the region. We will take photos in the village, in the market place and in its cafe. At the end of the day, we will return to our chalet and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals.
10 June – After breakfast, we will shoot an old bridge and mill today. We will reach a magnificent plateau by photographing the landscapes of the road and the villages on our way. This plateau has been among our favorite places for years. Here we will take pleasant photos all day long. We will finish the day and return to the chalet for our delicious meals.
June 11 – After our breakfast, we will go to the highlands where there are plenty of people today and see the houses of the transhumants and photograph them. We will drink their tea and chat, we will be guests in their house. In the second half of the day, we will go back to Giresun and photograph the old neighborhood there. Before boarding the plane, we will go to the airport after shopping at the bazaar. Our last day will be full. You will be surprised and enchanted by this Black Sea fairy tale, just as everyone who has seen and photographed many things in Giresun has been amazed by its beauty.

Note: There are not very large hotels in the Black Sea highlands. In the chalet where we will stay, the rooms are separate; however, there will be accommodation in the same house. 3 or 4 people will use a shared bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately, there is no single accommodation facility. We will give double rooms to those who come with a partner.
